I am Tatiana, a citizen of the planet based in Perth, Western Australia, who loves people, music, walks, food and yoga.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade. After deciding to immigrate to Australia, the consistent yoga practice has been an essential element in maintaining my well-being and balance. In addition to the mental, emotional and physical benefits, yoga helps me be more aware and connected to my inner self and the world around me.
Becoming a teacher was one of the best decisions of my life, as it has allowed me to dive into yoga science and philosophy, improving my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It has also deconstructed myths and made me glad to guide others through this practice. Because, after all, great things are meant to be shared.
