I offer yoga classes in Portuguese and English, in an authentic, conscious and creative way. During the practice, we focus on breath aiming to sync it with movement. Through the practice of psychophysical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and other elements, the participants can improve their strength, flexibility, and mental clarity through the practice.
Currently, I provide online (wherever you are) and in-person classes (in Perth, WA). All levels of practitioners are welcome.
