I offer yoga classes in Portuguese and English in an authentic, conscious and creative way. My main styles are yin and vinyasa yoga. During the practice, we focus on breath aiming to sync it with movement. Through the practice of psychophysical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and other elements, the participants can access the benefits of yoga.
Currently, I provide online (wherever you are) and in-person classes (in Perth, WA). All levels of practitioners are welcome.
